Refund policy

If a file is missing, a lesson will not load, or the product is not what the listing described, message us from your MethodStack membership within 14 days of purchase. We will repair access or refund the payment.

We do not refund purchases used as a way to copy files and then cancel, or purchases made to test systems you are not authorized to use.

Chargebacks should be a last resort. Write to us first through contact so we can fix the order.
